After a few years of using the version one of this Bowens S-Mount bracket for my speedlites and Pika 200’s I have come to rely on them for wedding, event and location work.

It is great for holding a speedlite and also allowing you to use Bowens fit modifiers such as softboxes with them also. They will also hold the Pika 200 so you have a bare bulb option for your larger modifiers, it is however a tight fit.
